Looks like it may have been a while since customers have written notes on the box to put it back in service. This is a site and service advertised on the USPS website, so a huge inconvenience to customers, and misleading advertising. Please get this site and collection box fixed and back in service.
- NBNecolaus ButlerAug 18, 20261.0Former employee of Mail Carrier and this has to be the worst usps I’ve walked into… I’m collect trading cards and I like to purchase some from vendors and gaming stores across the internet. I’ve notice that I would need to ship them directly to my mom’s house in PG because the mailman kept stealing my cards and I constantly had to get refunds. No one speaks fluent English in this location and they never held they promises to contact me on updates on my missing first class. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS POST OFFICE HANDLING YOUR PARCELS OR MAIL. THEY WILL LOSE/STEAL THEM AND LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOURE THE PROBLEM.
