    Shay helped me with my passport application. They were so fast so helpful. I was honestly nervous because it was my first time doing it as an adult. I have never gone into a post office where the people didn’t have a bad nasty attitude but this place is chefs kiss. Everybody was calm, cool, collected. Give everybody in there a raise!!! TODAY

    I missed a package delivery and followed the instructions provided, which directed me to the Millersville post office. When I arrived, I was informed that the package was actually being held at the Odenton location due to proximity. While I understand this may be a system issue and not necessarily the fault of the staff, the experience itself was frustrating. What stood out most was the lack of clear explanation and the overall tone of the interaction. I was told this situation happens frequently, which makes it even more surprising that there isn’t a better process in place or a more helpful approach when assisting customers through it. If this is a known and recurring issue, it would go a long way for the customer experience to provide clearer guidance upfront or, at the very least, approach the situation with more understanding rather than making the customer feel as though they should have known better.
