- JRJennifer Roberts1 day ago1.0ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!!! The lady who handles the passport services was AWFUL. She was insanely rude to me and my family. We got a phone call the morning of the appointment that there photo machine was down so we should go to a CVS or Walgreens to get the photo done prior to arrival. We rushed to do that and managed to show up 15 minutes early for out appointment and she acted like we were the biggest inconvenience ever. She was short with me and my 12 year old daughter. My daughter was mortified by how unprofessional she was. The family scheduled after us was about 10 minutes late (they had the same phone call and had to quickly try to go and get photo services elsewhere). She was super unprofessional, nasty and belittling to them. I really hope they complain also. She turned them away and would not help them with the passport even though they were late due to trying to get the photo offsite. I cannot believe people like her have a job- I would be fired in a heartbeat at my job if I treated people that way.

- KKkiymoney12Jul 8, 20261.0This has been my post office for over a decade, and until recently, my experience has been mostly positive. However, it's drastically changed in the recent past. A change of staff, particularly one lady who's consistently rude, disrespectful and condescending. She's impatient and does not take the time to listen to or understand customers' requests/ issues. I've witnessed her treating customers poorly, and I've unfortunately experienced the same. For a customer-facing business, it's disappointing that the post office allows this type of behavior to continue unchecked. Respectful and courteous customer service should be the standard, especially in a public service environment.
