  Customer service is key to any customer experience, with that being said they lack that at this location. I felt like I was being talked down to by the clerks at the desk just out right rude. I feel like if you don’t like your job maybe find a new one

  To be honest, the few encounters I've had been horrible. One that I can remember best is that I was attempting to cash a money order (USPS) at the window. The woman became annoyed with me sharing that they do not cash money orders and that I would have to deposit it directly in a bank. I asked when did this change happen, as I have always cashed the money orders at USPS locations. She told it they have never cashed money orders and turned me away. 🤷🏿‍♀️ I just wish that they were more informed and that they were not rude to customers.

  Disrespectful employees. Very unprofessional. Called to speak to a supervisor to solve an issue. Obviously annoyed and didn’t feel like resolving the issue. She hung up on me. Of course, no one is answering the phones now

  They can never assign someone who knows the area. My mailman today was a Spanish guy. My normal mailman is a black guy. This Spanish guy puts my mail in my mailbox at 151pm leaves my community at 210pm but it says my package was delivered today April 27th 2026 at 711pm I've been on the phone with this music playing since 650pm cause I have video footage of the guy NOT delivering my stuff so he delivered it to someone else's home at 711pm and im so mad this isn't the 1st time neither and im sick of it. It's also illegal to go into others mailboxes to look for your stuff that the mailman can't read the addresses on the homes is ridiculous

  Avoid this post office at all costs. The staff is unprofessional and rude. I submitted passport applications for my children with expedited service, but the paperwork was mishandled. A week later, I received a letter from the State Department stating the applications were not properly executed by the post office. When I returned to resolve the issue, instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologizing for the delay, they insisted I pay the mailing fee again. I asked if they could at least waive the priority mailing fee given the situation, but they were dismissive and rude. The situation escalated to the point where staff members were talking over each other and not even listening to their own on-site supervisor. He was powerless and helpless. Eventually, the supervisor was able to get someone else to process the applications because the staff member assigned to passport services refused to help. Due to their incompetence, what should have been a straightforward process is now delayed by at least another month. This post office should be closed and the entire staff should be fired. I had travel plans which I had to cancel because of their incompetence. I’ve formally filed a complaint against them and I will take this issue with my Congressman.
