- KKkiymoney122 days ago1.0This has been my post office for over a decade, and until recently, my experience has been mostly positive. However, it's drastically changed in the recent past. A change of staff, particularly one lady who's consistently rude, disrespectful and condescending. She's impatient and does not take the time to listen to or understand customers' requests/ issues. I've witnessed her treating customers poorly, and I've unfortunately experienced the same. For a customer-facing business, it's disappointing that the post office allows this type of behavior to continue unchecked. Respectful and courteous customer service should be the standard, especially in a public service environment.

Pointless to complain about no mail delivery since not anyone there cares they are not delivering mail , the mailing office is open yet not delivering mail? How can they choose which days they are going to deliver mail when there is no holiday!! Ridiculous as crap! I want my mail! Corny post office! Can’t even answer anything when they finally answer they still have no answer! This been since Saturday and they want to wait weeks or months to respond to a past current issue at the moment. No concern for Residential mail at all. I’m sure they not waiting on their mail to be delivered. Simple question, did the mail deliver those days and why didn’t I receive mail? Simple questions they have to take 30 days to reply🙄
