  Normally fast efficient service but on 5/13 I tried to enter store at 6:28 (online it said closing time was 6:30)and older man was locking the door in an already pitch black store and he told me it was too late. I told him it was only 6:28 and the store closes at 6:30. He refused service. Amazon returns take less than 30 seconds and I feel if you're in the store by 6:30 you should be given service. Another customer pulled in also and turned away. Nottingham location was open till 7:00 and more than happy to provide service at 6:40.

  Charging $5 for a strip of tape is ridiculous, I’ve been coming here for years, but will not anymore. You would think to maybe change your policy after getting so many bad reviews for a product that is critical to the success of your business.I understand nothing is free, and it shouldn’t be, but charging that much is simply taking advantage of your customers.

  My experience at the The UPS Store was quick and smooth. The staff was helpful, the service was fast, and everything was handled professionally, which made it easy to recommend.

  The advertised Notary service isn't dependable. If the Notary is working at the time you're there you can get something Notarized. Friday 4/10/2026 no Notary was there. Make sure you call first. It should tell you on the website days and times
