  I had to send a package to my kid at school and had no idea what the process was. The gentleman at the store was extremely helpful and walked me through everything with patience.

  Nice facility, friendly staff, and they have a nice camera to take photos for your passport.

  Went here the other day for pack and ship service and I was rather disappointed. I asked twice a very specific question about the packing process and the man behind the counter (tall, young, man) just mumbled and said “we’ll see”. He did that both times. That is not an answer. Oh yeah, and he had to process the shipping address twice. Anyway, his manager came out and I finally got a direct answer. I asked the attendant again the same question as before to see if he would now answer differently - nope. He still mumbled a “we’ll see”. And here is the real fun part. When I called him on it he said “I told you no”. Oh, now he was trying to gaslight me. That is a serious lack of integrity. My wife was there the whole time and saw the whole interchange. I wound up going elsewhere. The only reason I am not giving it one star is because they did good by me with previous Amazon returns. That they can do expeditiously.

  Manager of store is very obnoxious and rude! Was not helpful at helping with my shipping questions and acted like it was an inconvenience to him. When I ask him for his name he said it’s my Right and my privilege to not give you my name. When I was trying to get detailed information he said it was not his problem and started calling me Karen which is not my name. If I could give a zero star for unprofessional service I would.
