- KKKellyJul 24, 20261.0Manager of store is very obnoxious and rude! Was not helpful at helping with my shipping questions and acted like it was an inconvenience to him. When I ask him for his name he said it’s my Right and my privilege to not give you my name. When I was trying to get detailed information he said it was not his problem and started calling me Karen which is not my name. If I could give a zero star for unprofessional service I would.

My disappointment is with UPS Store’s policy of charging $6 just to tape a package closed. That’s an unreasonable fee for a few strips of tape, especially when the tape itself was thin and shredded easily. It feels like an unnecessary add-on charge rather than good customer service. UPS should reconsider this policy. Fees like this leave customers feeling overcharged and make them think twice about coming back.
