  Poor customer service this morning. The young man at the service desk was talking on his phone and did not interact with the customer instead continued to talk on the phone. This location is usually amazing. Not so much today!

  This location is notorious for requiring packaging for Amazon returns. But when selecting a UPS Store location for return on Amazon, it's choices of "neither box nor label needed" and "box and label needed." So, if this is supposed to be a no box/label required location, then why inconvenience customers and charge $5 for tape and more $$ for other packaging supplies, when you clearly accepted packaging responsibility per your contract with Amazon. If you don't want to partner with Amazon, just don't. Or adjust your offerings with Amazon to be a "box and label required" location and then customers will come prepared. It's a simple fix! I'm more than fair and understand supplies costs, but it comes across as a dishonest money grab. For me, this review is moreso because the owner (I'm assuming) almost seems to take pleasure in doubling down on his policy and dishonoring the Amazon partnership. I return Amazon packages all the time at various other UPS Store locations and never experience this. Although, this is closest in proximity, it's worth the drive to another location.

  This UPS location is my go-to spot! The staff is very friendly, hardworking and always available to assist when I have questions! 10/10

  Normally fast efficient service but on 5/13 I tried to enter store at 6:28 (online it said closing time was 6:30)and older man was locking the door in an already pitch black store and he told me it was too late. I told him it was only 6:28 and the store closes at 6:30. He refused service. Amazon returns take less than 30 seconds and I feel if you're in the store by 6:30 you should be given service. Another customer pulled in also and turned away. Nottingham location was open till 7:00 and more than happy to provide service at 6:40.
