I tried to smile and act friendly but I got a stone faced reaction back. At the end of my transaction it asks me how was my service with smiling faces to frowning faces as my options. Meanwhile, she’s staring me dead in my eyes. What customer is going to tell the truth? I lied and gave her a smiling face when both her & I knew the truth, we knew.

On top of that, I really do not like hearing what sounds like someone listening to tv or Netflix on the other side of the window and disregarding me knocking on the service desk window without a response during the posted business hours!
