- CBCindy BratenMay 7, 20261.0Makes me wonder if these reviews are even worth leaving. My one and ONLY time visiting this location the person working was less than pleasant. I tried to smile and act friendly but I got a stone faced reaction back. At the end of my transaction it asks me how was my service with smiling faces to frowning faces as my options. Meanwhile, she’s staring me dead in my eyes. What customer is going to tell the truth? I lied and gave her a smiling face when both her & I knew the truth, we knew.

I came with questions (I’ve never shipped anything) and she answered everything, and helped me save some money too. She ended up going to her lunch late to help me ship stuff on time. I hope she gets some kind of recognition.

Today, being there at 9:40 am, I find the counter closed and locked. I did, as I was pulling away see someone opening the side door. Can’t do business if you’re not open. I can’t believe you have an hour closing for lunch with the short hours you’re openI Can’t do business with the post office before or after work and not at lunchtime, either. This was the last time I’ll go here. Thankfully there are alternatives. Shame.

Regina took on the task gracefully and had me out of there within 30 minutes, even as I let other customers step in front of me to do their business. I was very impressed with her ability to multitask and friendliness to the customers. A great experience.
