The driver lied about my delivery saying it was the wrong address but they've been delivering to me at the same address for over ten years. It was raining so he/she didn't want to get out of the truck. Five days later I still don't have my package. The driver needs to be fired

Have been trying for 2 months to get a refund per their policy for late delivery and keep getting the run around even tho I have my receipt. Over 15 phone calls and a trip back to the shipping center and nobody has an answer to why I can’t get a refund. Every single person told me something different. Shame on you FedEx!!!
- APAustin PhillipsApr 1, 20261.0I want to start this off by saying if I could leave a 0 star I would. Yesterday at 7pm I went to this fedex hub to drop off a LIVE ANIMAL. The box was properly and VERY clearly label everywhere on the box live animal. While a employee got all the needed information another employee very roughly and carelessly grabbed the box and tossed it onto the rolling cart. I obviously made a point to tell them THERE IS A LIVE ANIMAL in there could you be a bit more careful. He then proceeds to say "oh perishable".
