- APanthony proctorAug 17, 20261.0This company has been delivering for Dick’s Sporting Goods and when they’re supposed to be making the delivery, they tell the customer that they’ll contact them 24 to 48 hours prior to delivering to give a three hour window on when they will be showing up in this case, there hasn’t been any call to say what what time they are becoming and when you call the telephone number you’re just brushed off by Call center from another country ask for Manager this person refuse to let you speak to someone or give you a telephone number for someone here in America

I originally had my delivery set up for Friday, and they were able to get me my delivery four days early. The staff was professional, friendly and on time for the delivery window that was given. - RHR HylandJul 19, 20211.0Awful - Had a delivery window of between 10 and 2; no call to let me know of any delays; I call at 2 - get put on hold and then hung up on; call back again - told no later than 4; call after 4pm - now they have no idea because he is still behind (no kidding) and the only reason is, 'he had a lot of deliveries and a lot of driving to do.' So I have to reschedule for another allegedly 'guaranteed' delivery window. A 'guaranteed' delivery window certainly didn't matter today and there is NO excuse for not communicating if they knew the driver was going to be late. If I could give zero stars I would.
