Communities be mindful of a small rip on your mail(s), especially if they are checks. For example: Unemployment checks etc. I received my mail and it was ripped in a strategic spot. Yes, very usual! It could be the mail carriers or the inside mail handlers. Don't focus on the top envelope - I opened it myself. Focus on the side, this is how I retrieved my mail. You can take a pen or any item that's similar to open and look inside. Pay attention to the rips on your mails families Shalom♥️

Terrible customer service by the lady called Rita, unfortunately this is my second time being attended by her and both times she has offered me horrendous customer service. Both times when I told her what I came in here for she rolled her eyes at me and me and gave an extremely rude heavy sigh. This is unacceptable.

This post office is by far the dirtiest inside and out in the area! Needs a reboot with new personnel too!

Monica needs to be fired. Absolutely horrible post office. The most unprofessional, unorganized establishment. Monica Holland needs to be fired. I am beyond astonished by the way she yelled at me and argued with me while I was trying to speak to her and tell her that the place needs better organization process. They falsely marked my home vacant and they had no computerized system (says Monica) Kim the day before told me they did. Monica continued yelling over me telling me the way they do it is not unorganized and kept yelling “do you have a mail key” after I’ve already said yes numerous times. It wasn’t until I said I’m recording her that she got quiet and pretended to be polite. She needs to be fired immediately!!! & I still never got mail. They said they’ll hold it for 10 days. & I’ve been coming in each week looking for my mail and they continue to say they have nothing.

I’ve lived in Lexington Park for three years and never had an issue at this location. The biggest issue I’ve seen is that customers want the workers to bend their backs for them. If you don’t do your research prior to coming...there is always tomorrow. They are not answering the phone because they are working. Go to the store or actually solve your own issue. Don’t expect them to pack things for you and especially expect to pay for packing items. Complaints are welcomely received at your local UPS. Oh, wait there is no UPS. Sweet Dreams.
