  The only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is because Daniel is single-handedly holding this place down. Every other employee I worked with to get my print order done had no idea what to do, nobody ever answered the phone, I had to go to the store 3 times to get it sorted out. Daniel is running the store by himself pretty much. The one girl told me it would take 45min to get the design re-inputted into the system (it was 6:15pm and they close at 7pm) so I would have to come back next day. So I did and Daniel said “give me 5 minutes”. Iconic, he needs a raise and I’m being so genuine.

  Shawn is the best employee I have delt with here. Kudos to him to going the extra mile to make sure the customers he deals with are happy!

  I recently had a terrible experience and was scammed. When I realized what had happened, I made a phone call. I had previously sent a package overnight cost about $160 to send. Called UPS to try and stop the package from being delivered after checking the tracking and it was out for delivery. I called the store and spoke to Shawn. He took my info, called UPS & returned my call saying HE was able to get the packaged stopped and asked them to return it!! hallelujah. Someone very close to me would have been out ALOT of money. I was so happy to see when the package arrived and we headed to the store that Shawn, the same guy who took the phone call was working. It is amazing the length this guy went thru to help us out and we are so GREATFULL. Honestly, had it been another employee I don't know if we would have had the same outcome! This man (Shawn) needs to be promoted, given a raise, everything! I have not had that level of customer service in a store in a long time. This man didn't have to go above and beyond like he choose to do & that is what customer service is all about. So, visit the store, look for him if you're in need of assistance & I guarantee you'll leave satisfied!

  The staff at the LaVale Staples is knowledgeable, professional, and always respectful. Their customer service is outstanding, and they consistently resolve any issues quickly and with ease. It's always a pleasure doing business with a team that truly values its customers. Highly recommended!

  You obviously don't pay well or you are trying to drive your local 21502 Staples into the ground. Hire people !!!
