She was patience and friendly all at the same time ..wow! I hope she keeps that same outlook for the rest of her life cause it really brighten my day and many others in that office that day.

You never quite know when they are “out to lunch” and they *very often* just close early and put a sign up. I have previously tried to wait out the lunch hour just to find that they don’t re-open after lunch. The people are great but the hours suck and it’s incredibly unprofessional that there is no consistency.
