- BBbrae1 day ago1.0horrible service. all of the workers, except one young lady, are some of the worse workers ive unfortunately encountered. theres are old geezer whos basically a broken record machine, he wont stop with dumb jingles on top of being useless, rude aswell! its a shame no one has stepped in and had this place condemned. its run down with broken facilities … and BROKEN EMPLOYEES. they have no urgency and go so slow it feels on purpose. they have lost over 5+ packages of mine and im sick and tired. They falsely marked my mailbox as vacant aswell, how stupid do you have to be? although, i do have a little pity. whenever i think my life is bad i think about being stuck working at this post office and i immediately feel better. the city of laurel needs some renovations and this needs to be a top priority. frankly, its embarrassing.

I cant access my mail since usps owns the mailbox or whatever so I need to pay for a key and lock change to access it?! I’ve paid for and waited over the 3 weeks they told me for a mailbox lock change and new key that hasn't been made and God only knows when that will finally happen. They have no urgency whatsoever.

- XMXiomara MedinaMay 13, 20261.0My experience at this USPS location was very unpleasant. An older employee was rude, dismissive, and treated customers in a very disrespectful way. I would even go as far as saying the behavior felt discriminatory, which made the whole environment very uncomfortable. Thankfully, there is a young woman working at the left corner who was kind, professional, and respectful. I wish the rest of the staff showed the same level of customer service.

It makes the self-serve kiosks/24 hour drop off a joke because you can only drop off small packages. If you want to drop off a box after hours just forget it lol. This location makes USPS look terrible and unprofessional. I never had a problem with any of the workers so I am giving this place a extra star. I highly recommend the USPS in Savage right down the street!
