People it is busy, sometimes you just want something delivered to your door but nope, they refuse to have some common sense. By contrast Amazon - Delivers to your door - Notifies you how close your package is in the app (i.e. 10 stops away) - Also delivers to your door. You could at least call or text the phone number associated with the delivery address. I don’t answer? My fault. But at least I know you really tried to reach me. Now I have to go pick this up at the location, horrible delivery service. Could not recommend less.
