  Save yourself from the trouble, my package was refused to be accepted because there was a small gap in the middle of my box after being taped up, and she told me I needed to buy a box they always try to upcharge you, by making you buy something, and when I said no she made a face and voided my printed shipping label, and I even tried to ask her if I could take the label and ship it out myself, but I was refused. The lady is extremely rude.

  It's horrible my package hasn't arrived in a month, I call and they don't help. They don't do anything to help.

  Don’t waste your time here— go to Staples for fuss free service! Was turned away because I refused to buy their product to repackage my return item that had a small tear—easily remedied with a piece of packing tape they had readily visible. Denied my request to access theirs. Staples has much better customer service, receiving my package easily, offering to add tape. Much better UPS service!

  I believe it’s the manager or the owner the guy with the bald head. He’s always very kind courteous and he helps out tremendously, especially on days when I have my glasses are broken or I put the wrong with the wrong QR code. he’s patient he make sure that I get all my packages sent to the correct places and just recently. I had my dog with me and he allowed me to bring my dog into the store so that she wouldn’t run off on the leash cause that was looking like it was about to happen. I’m so gracious to that UPS store they’re very kind and anyone who doesn’t have a UPS store they normally go to the one on Baltimore Avenue here in Laurel is the best one to go to, I can assure you that great job guys. please keep up the good work because I love customer service as well and you guys have it down to a T.

  I visited yesterday, and this was the most efficient UPS store I have ever been to. Zero line and I was in and out of the store in <5 min. Would recommend
