  It was my first, and hopefully last, time visiting this location. I needed to return two Amazon deliveries, both of which were in their original shipping packages. According to Amazon's app, this UPS location accepts Amazon returns NOT in their packages and no return slip needed (use the QR code). Weeellllll, the older woman decided to charge me a $5.00 re-taping fee for the bigger box due to "damage"...except it was in the same condition as it was delivered in (never opened). I stated that it was delivered in that condition, I never opened it, and Amazon did not require the return to be in the original packaging. She did not care. I didn't have the time to find another location and proceeded with the return, paying for the re-taping fee separately. I certainly took pictures before leaving, in case Amazon needed evidence for my refund request. When I looked at my receipt, I stated that it does not say I was being charged for a re-taping fee, just for "Office Supplies". Her response was that it wasn't going to detail the transaction as such since they have to use their tape to re-tape the box. I suggest potential/future customers really re-consider completing their Amazon returns at this location.

  Save yourself from the trouble, my package was refused to be accepted because there was a small gap in the middle of my box after being taped up, and she told me I needed to buy a box they always try to upcharge you, by making you buy something, and when I said no she made a face and voided my printed shipping label, and I even tried to ask her if I could take the label and ship it out myself, but I was refused. The lady is extremely rude.

  It's horrible my package hasn't arrived in a month, I call and they don't help. They don't do anything to help.

  Don’t waste your time here— go to Staples for fuss free service! Was turned away because I refused to buy their product to repackage my return item that had a small tear—easily remedied with a piece of packing tape they had readily visible. Denied my request to access theirs. Staples has much better customer service, receiving my package easily, offering to add tape. Much better UPS service!
