  Great customer service. The young lady that helped me today was so patient in making sure my prints came out the way that I want them. I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a shout out but her name started with a j. I was there Tuesday, August 11 around 9:00 am. All of the employees in the printing area were helpful and kind. They will definitely get my business when I need something printed.

  Complete incompetence. I did ship to store and my package was marked as delivered by ups and had an email that showed the tracking number from staples saying that my package had shipped but several individuals were not able to locate this package and tried to convince me it hadnt been shipped despite an email with the shipping information, the ups app showing it was delivered, and their website showing it was delivered. The response was that they would take my information and let me know if it gets delivered despite it being delivered 4 days ago. And that the system shows that it hasn't been shipped. The low bar for competence for a store manager at staples is nothing short of shocking.

  Management needs to ensure better customer service at the print center and shipping counter. For the volume of traffic, more than 1 person needs to handle Amazon returns and other shipping services. Long line for no reason other than poor management. Basic customer service personnel...no greeting upon entry or when arriving at the service counter.

  I want to recognize Noeli, a Sales Associate at the Staples in Largo, MD... for providing exceptional customer service. I found myself in a last-minute emergency the evening before I was scheduled to facilitate a three-hour book club discussion. I had spent hours creating interactive games and icebreakers to make the experience meaningful, but my printer stopped working at home. After sitting in traffic for more than 45 minutes, I arrived at Staples with only about five minutes before closing. Even though it was the end of her shift, Noeli greeted me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine empathy. She never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. Instead, she patiently helped me print everything I needed so I could be fully prepared for my event the next morning. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Noeli truly went above and beyond. Her positive attitude and willingness to help turned what had been a very stressful evening into one filled with relief and gratitude. This is my local Staples, and thanks to Noeli, I'll continue coming back for all of my printing needs. Staples is fortunate to have someone who cares so deeply about her customers. Thank you, Noeli, for making such a lasting impression!
