  We came here to print funeral programs for my late sister. Ricky at the Largo store was BEYOND helpful to us during this period of grieving. He helped us to select the appropriate type of paper for the print and when we picked them up everything was neatly folded and boxed ready for distribution. I’ve used Staples plenty of times before and Ricky really went above and beyond to make sure my sister’s friends and family members had a forever keepsake to honor her with and I’m forever grateful that we were fortunate enough to have such a professional helping us that day.

  On 6-2-2026, I entered the Staples store he #1746 in Largo, MD to copy documents, retrieve an e-mail and send it to a County Clerk in Virginia. After enlisting the help of Sharllotte , who was extremely patient during the process, she was still unable to complete the task. She then asked Jazz who after multiple attempts was able to send the e-mail to Virginia. During the process I was left alone and not eaten all day. I then asked the Manager Andrew if he could honor an unusual request by securing my debit card until my daughter could retrieve it because I needed to go home and eat since I was a Diabetic. However in the interim I had to use the restroom but was told I hd to wait in a long line up front. Since I have chronic back pain and was using a rollator and in pain I could not do it. That’s when Derrick offered his key to me but made promise to bring it back, which I did. Once leaving the restroom I began feeling as if I was having a hypoglycemic reaction. There was no one around and all I could think to do is call my daughter. When she answered she told me to yell out “HELP”. I found a bench I could sit on and then a gentleman came while my daughter was still on the phone. She told him to get me something to drink like a Pepsi quick. His name was Kevin. He was a Manager. He stayed with me and my daughter on the phone until I got to the front of the store and was able to had Derrick the keys in his hands. Kevin saved my life that day and and I am so grateful. All of the wonderful people that I have mentioned here today were exceptional people at Store #1746 in Largo,MD. Staples Corporation should be proud to have people like these working for their Company.

  If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. The copy and print center people took 25 minutes to acknowledge my presence. Afterwards as I am literally the only customer in front of them and not in the Amazon return line they older lady shouted out what do I need, no greeting. Then after I told her I needed 4 laminations, there is an excuse of having other orders, and nobody is in sight. The intelligent thing to do would have been to simply laminate four copies of this paper, charge the convenience fee and then go on about business as usual. Instead they doubled down on their process after forcing me to stand and wait until they decided it was time to help. Horrible customer service, abhorrent attitudes and entirely understaffed.

  I went to Staples in Largo, MD to pick up an order and asked an employee if he could make a copy of a flyer for me on cardstock. He directed me to the self-service copier, so I explained that I needed cardstock paper. He then told me he could not assist because he had 40 projects to complete and several coworkers had called out. I understand that staffing shortages happen, but customers should still be able to receive basic assistance. I left disappointed that I was unable to get help with a simple copy request. Staples needs to do a better job of ensuring adequate staffing and customer service, especially during busy times.
