I got in a car accident and have a neck and back injury. I ordered water and they delivered the first one to the LAWN of the apartment t building I live in for folks to steal it by the time I got back from my PT appt and the second delivery was sent to the WRONG building and apartment. Customer service has been horrible as well. No call backs no confirmations nor apologies. Have low expectations when dealing with this service.
