- JGJerry GrovesOct 5, 20261.0Choose any other option than this company. Had a delivery driver use racial language at me during a delivery and I have received basically no response from the office. Had to leave multiple messages over the course of a week with Xavier (alleged manager). Was told he would follow up within a day or two. A week has past and nothing. Oh, and I have the incident video. I’ve been pushed off and pushed off. It obvious they do not care about customers. Terrible customer service.
- NDNate DeguSep 11, 20261.0The worst service! Delivery is late, customer service is poor!
- KIKelcy IMay 18, 20261.0No human answer questions. ALL AUTOMATED.
- SSsouth sunMay 12, 20261.0Terrible company. They can't deliver the bottled water on time, on schedule. Every time if the crew miss the delivery, the company never sends any notification.
- MRMargie RodriguezMay 5, 20261.0The service is terrible. They can’t never deliver on schedule date. Very disappointing
