- AFArianna FarmerSep 25, 20265.0My friend and I had to ship off over 150 packages to our classmates to celebrate our 10-year class reunion. We called about 30 mins before arriving to let them know we were coming. When we arrived, they had a table ready to receive our large shipment. They were SO friendly, efficient, and carefully dealt with our packages. We were very satisfied with the customer service. Most of the time, people are pretty nasty when having to deal with such a large amount of packages, but it did not phase them one bit! They truly made our experience seamless. I wish I would have gotten their names! This UPS Store is far much better than the Waldorf location.
- DLDale LongSep 23, 20261.0Zero stars. I had a run in with the owner a couple of years ago when a package I shipped over night air was not delivered and tracking showed it had not left the store. Package was never delivered and I never received a refund. The owner is rude and does not care. I started go back about 3 months ago, today I tried to send a package ground for delivery Monday. The transaction was completed but the label never attached to the box. I asked the person the please attach the label and he would not do it. Claimed he was too busy, but I was the only person in the store. Another employee came out front, and I asked for the package back, the original employee then processed a refund (thank you) but then followed me out of the store challenging me and telling me to take the package elsewhere. I went to FEDEX (about 200 yards away) and paid $5 less to ship same package with the same delivery time frame. I will not go back!
