I agree with many many other people on here that this Laplata branch is AWFUL at customer service and they are ALWAYS ALWAYS rude and make mistakes but don't take ANY responsibility for them! The manager is the WORST One!!!! The manager with the towel on his head is a absolute creep who STARES at YOU when you go in there and if you are unlucky enough to get him to help you, he will be NO help whatsoever and he is uneducated and rude beyond belief!!! THIS UPS lost my packages and the manager did nothing but talk over me the whole time and not answer basic questions! Horrible horrible customer service!!!! Who put that jerk in charge!??? I will NEVER go to the laplata store again and I will let Everyone know that they should definitely definitely PASS THIS branch and drive down the road to the next one!!
