  I had an exception in-store experience with Gloria at this location. I placed a print order online to pick up in LaPlata. Shortly after I received a follow up call from Gloria verifying my preferences and confirming my choices. She recommended an adjustment to the order that reflect what I actually envisioned. Her days long follow up to keep me informed and overall commitment to provide a pleasant customer experience was exceptional! 10/10 recommend! Gloria is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ associate, FedEx is fortunate to have her represent the brand. I will certainly return for all related services.

  So grateful to have a wonderful FedEx shipper in La Plata! Every time I visit this location, they greet me warmly and process my packages quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the excellent service and wide range of products available to help with my shipping and packaging needs.

  Always slow . Tried to convince me that a pre-paid label was not reading . Location at Waldorf was able to scan it . When your printer is not working , do not try to blame the customer. Simple apology will do the job.

  I had a wonderful experience, my prints were ready so fast even though there was a slight issue with the first set of prints they were able to revise the order and have the new order ready for me in no time. Jason Tyrese and his manager from the morning shift went above and beyond, were extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location.

  Way worse then the waldorf location. Manager is rude to begin with so were the employees, I've also noticed they charge more for the same service I receive at the waldrof location, how can something cost 2 times as much but be the same buisness ? Baffles me then because I asked him to put holes in it he charged me for that as well and then tacked on another fee for something called priority print which they charged me 15 dollars for !! Blows my mind ! I will never go to this location again in my life !! Wow just wow all around bad location to go to for anything other then being cheated and look down on.
