  I had set up an appointment for a notary and I showed up at my set time and they told me the notary wasn't there and to come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and still no notary so the guy at UPS calls the notary that works there. He said they were on there way in. Eventually they got there and performed the service with multiple people waiting. I am giving 2 stars because I was at least able to get the service, but it is crazy to me to set up an appointment online and for them to not even guarantee someone will be in who can do it.

  I took an Amazon return to this store. Amazon said that I didn't need to package it - simply bring it to the store in its original box. Item was still sealed in original box. Clerk refused to take the return without it being inside a shipping box. Ended up having to buy a box from him before he would accept the return. He assured me he would take care of the packaging as a courtesy. I'd later confirmed with Amazon that the extra box was not needed, so I imagine the clerk just earned a nice profit from my box purchase while doing nothing at all. Nice hustle!

  I went to this location and received fast, excellent, friendly notary public and shipping services, even though there were many other customers in and out during that mid-afternoon time, Don't believe the bad reviews. They are highly recommended!

  Took my son to get a visual schedule laminated. Tee (if I am spelling that right?) was so friendly and explained the process and let him come closer to watch. These are little acts of kindness that make a big impact. Thank you Tee!
