So quick and easy. The lady working there with glasses is so kind and friendly.

This is by far the worst post office location I’ve ever visited. The staff openly admits they are often pulled from other locations because this branch constantly has call-outs, and unfortunately it shows in the customer service. On one occasion, I stood INSIDE the post office for over 30 minutes before an employee finally came to the front. The location was open, lights on, doors unlocked — but no staff available. When the employee eventually returned, there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and the attitude was completely unprofessional. By that point, at least five customers were waiting in line. Today’s experience was just as disappointing. I came in to mail a package and purchase a money order. For nearly 10 minutes, two employees were standing at the counter — one appeared to be counting cash to open a register while the other stood on her phone the entire time. No greeting, no “we’ll be with you shortly,” absolutely no customer courtesy. When I finally asked for assistance, I was simply told, “I’m not open.” After finally being helped, I asked about purchasing a money order and was told they were not doing money orders because the gentleman assisting me was from another location. This location consistently lacks professionalism, urgency, communication, and basic customer service skills. Something seriously needs to change because the experience here is unacceptable.

I see a lot of positive comments about Raketa well obviously I caught her on a bad day because she was beyond rude and didn't want to assist me! No one was in the post office at the time, it wasn't busy. I was the only customer and she was very disrespectful and dismissed me and my issue. Very unprofessional and her tone.... Babe all I can say is Thank God I'm a better person now smh ... We have to do better!

This post office experience was like a dream, thanks to Raketa! She was quick and efficient and as nice as she could be. I live in DC and US Post Office experiences are generally unpleasant because of lack of staffing, poor customer service skills and the volume of foot traffic, but this visit was wonderful! Again, Raketa was the best!

Here at 9:15 and guess who is still not open? Not even a light on inside. It’s not a holiday they just don’t care. I had to leave because unlike the people working here I didn’t want to be late to my job.
