  It was my first time visiting this post office. I was very skeptical initially because of the bad reviews but I desperately needed a package shipped and this post office was the closet to me at the time. I met Vincent and he was very helpful to me and I also met Louise and she was one of the nicest most pleasant person I have ever met. I was very pleased with the customer service.

  I had a very frustrating experience at the United States Postal Service location. I came in to transfer my P.O. Box to another location, something that should have been simple, but it turned into a long and unnecessary ordeal. The agent, Louise, incorrectly told me that I could not open a P.O. Box because it “wasn’t a business,” which is completely false. I explained that this was for personal use and that residential P.O. Boxes are allowed, but this led to a back-and-forth instead of a solution. Another employee, Vincent, stepped in to assist, but the situation didn’t improve. He told me they didn’t have the required forms to proceed, even though I had already completed the form. I had to point out that the form I was holding was exactly what the system was asking for. Only then did he realize it was correct. Overall, I waited in the post office for about 40 minutes for something that should have been quick and straightforward. The lack of knowledge, poor communication, and inefficiency made this an extremely disappointing experience. Due to this experience, I will be transferring my P.O. Box to another location. I hope staff can be better trained on basic services like opening and transferring P.O. Boxes to prevent others from going through the same frustration.

  Lovely experience yesterday with Vincent. I got there 15 minutes before closing with a laundry list of items and special requests. He worked pleasantly and patiently right up to closing and a little beyond to help. Thank you Vincent.

  This post office is close to my house (I walk here) so I visit monthly for money orders, as well as general mailing services. Vincent has the absolute worst attitude. He is extremely unwelcoming and at times can be rude. Whenever you have a question instead of getting a yes, or no, he responds with “ I guess.” Today is definitely the last time that I visit this location, Even if that means I have to drive to another.

  I’ve been here a couple times and the guy in the front Vincent is pretty rude or atleast not friendly. I even said “hello , how are you?” And no response. The whole transaction not a word was said. This isn’t the first time that has happened. I understand having a bad day but this seems to be common.
