  This postal service branch is terrible. In the past, they misplaced my mails until my neighbors returning to me. On other times, I have mails in hold for a week more so days while my family was gone to vacation. On the day of picking up the hold mails, they said that they had nothing. My wife and I felt something was not right. So, I returned day later to check again. They still said had nothing found. Ok. Well, today (two weeks later), I went to pick up a postal package send from a merchant, lo and behold, all my hold mails suddenly appear in front of me. No times to spare, once came home my wife and I scramble to contact all the late bills companies or medical insurance billing office to explaining and file our late payment. Wow, if I did not go to pick up my wife's parcel package, I would not know how long the hold mails would be remaining there. My wife and I are so upset their service.

  This post office is by far the worst. The employees here offer minimum assistance or expertise and have the worst attitudes. I hate that I have to come here to pick up packages because I can't trust them to deliver important ones. Do yourself a favor and go to Dunkirk post office for your shipping and mailing needs they are incredibly more helpful and nicer.

  This office had a staff change some years ago and has been providing HORRIBLE service ever since. Today (1/11/23) they crammed a package into my mailbox so tightly I had to struggle to get it out. One another occasion I had to cut up a box in the post box to get it out. I guess I have no other option now but to write a detailed complaint to the postmaster general demanding action!!!

  Mail delivery has been terrible from this post office. I often get other people’s mail delivered to my address and often never receive my packages and other mail that should come to me. Who knows where my mail gets delivered to. When I asked them where a particular package was (that said delivered in the system) the answer given was “it’s not here, so I don’t know”. Very poor customer service. I have also had credit cards not delivered as well. Once I received a credit card that was sent six months before I received it. If you have a problem please complain to them. Let them know they have a problem so they can fix it. If enough people complain maybe they will do a better job!
