- RMRuan Mckenna2 days ago1.0I have lived in hdg for 30 years. The usps has always been a delight at the office and the carriers however in the last 3-4 years they have gone from 100% to 0. They don’t care at the office and the carrier speeds, destroys our mailboxes and then expects us to get fixed. Delivers the wrong mail at least 2 times a week. Wonder where my mail is going? This is so sad and inconvenient.
- SMS MMay 18, 20261.0My wife went here to send a return in a small box. She left the top open not knowing if information needed to be included in the box. The woman at the counter said it must be taped. Completely understandable. Unfortunately my wife had left her purse in my car and did not have money to buy a roll of tape. She explained this to the woman hoping for some understanding and a 6 inch piece of tape to close the box. The woman at the counter said no and that you could "go home and tape it and bring it back." We love havre de grace and moved here for what a beautiful small town it is with friendly small town folks and values. It seems those values do not reach to the federal level.
- ETEric TolliverApr 24, 20262.0Not keeping the lobby open 24hrs as posted,never posting any notice of change of hours temporary or permanent, disrupting the ability of PO box holders to obtain their mail by locking the door at 4:50pm and all day Sunday all going back to at least January (3+months now) and to this day not 1 single notice sent or posted regarding these changes and the doors still say lobby open 24hrs 7 days a week
