Had a package that was supposed to be redelivery. It goes to an apartment. The mailman didn't knock no here near loud enough. I missed him yet I was home the entire time? Yea next tine knock loud enough dude. I specified this on the redelivery notice. Now I have to drive to the post office to pick up my package because your workers don't know how the hell to knock loud enough. My dogs didn't even bark like come on.

Poor Service and No Accountability
I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. When I walked in, no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. I went through my transaction, which felt rushed and impersonal, and when I got home I realized I had been charged incorrectly. I called right away for help and was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes with no one ever returning to the phone. I went back in person the next day hoping to correct the mistake, only to be told it was “too late” to fix. What made it even more frustrating was finding many similar complaints online afterward, which suggests this may be a pattern, not a one-off issue. Customer service, accuracy, and basic accountability should be the minimum. Sadly, this location missed on all three.

The staff here is very courteous and provide great counter service . If you have to wait in line there are great historical Depression era murals to look at above the counter!
