  They still have not refunded my $350. Customer service said the sent my money to them. The fact that on top of that a false claim of a threat being made was filed against me for finally getting upset but however not even using profanity. I will be filing a lawsuit for defamation. And still they will not issue my refund nor have the owners of this establishment which I was told was escalated have reached out to me to solve the issue. Do not go here they will steal your money and not help you after. God forbid you eventually hold anyone accountable , they will call the police and lie.

  AVOID THIS STORE! They scammed me for 25.00 to send a 5 page fax. Make sure you print your documents before going to this place. Daryl was not helpful at all.

  I went to this UPS Store this morning to get a document notarized. The employee was initially able to notarize the document, and everything seemed fine. However, when I went to the State of Maryland office to get the document certified/apostilled, the state employee informed me that the notarization was done incorrectly because the notary stamp listed Howard County even though the notarization took place in Prince George’s County at the Greenbelt UPS Store. I was told I needed to return to the notary for it to be corrected, so I went back to the store to clarify the issue. Instead of trying to understand the concern or calmly explain the situation, the employee became defensive, hostile, and dismissive while I was simply asking questions to better understand what happened. As a customer, I was genuinely confused and trying to understand who was correct, the Maryland state employee or the UPS employee/notary, but the employee’s attitude escalated the situation unnecessarily. He became combative when I started asking questions to better understand the situation, and as a woman I immediately began to feel unsafe and uncomfortable around this employee because of his tone, attitude, and overall behavior. There was no professionalism, no attempt to de-escalate, and no customer service whatsoever. The tone was rude, disrespectful, and confrontational from the moment I asked questions about the issue. I even attempted to calm the conversation down myself, but it became difficult and I ultimately had to leave the store without any resolution. I will absolutely not be returning to this UPS Store or any UPS Store again. Please train your employees and managers better on customer service, de-escalation, and how to communicate respectfully with customers who are simply trying to resolve an issue.

  These guys are awesome. Always polite and helpful. Did a very large short notice print job for me and it went off without a hitch, even helping to organize the flyers by location, and at a way lower cost than the FedEx up the road. This is also my go-to for a notary.
