  I want to this store on Sunday with all the rain and weather happening and they were still open. I called around and other stores were closed. The young lady there was so friendly and helpful with all of my Amazon returns. This is now my favorite location.

  I used to love going to this UPS. I paid just for their help and expertise. However I just had to pay double for printing because of their mistake. The current staff is incredibly rude, will sit there and refuse to look for anything. If it was once, maybe it’s a bad day, but this was 3 times in a row.

  Tonya was absolutely wonderful and gave perfect service, even while having to deal with a difficult customer on the phone. She maintained her professionalism on the phone call even though the customer was yelling at her over something that didn’t involve her. Once off the phone, she continued to give me perfect, friendly service. That’s not always easy to do! Excellent job, Tonya, and much appreciated!

  I’ve had such a great experience at this UPS Store. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They’re always willing to help, answer questions, and make the whole process feel easy and stress-free. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. I really appreciate the excellent service and the friendly way I’m always treated when I come in. It’s refreshing to receive this level of professionalism and genuine customer care. I’m very happy to have such a great UPS Store to rely on!

  UPS staff member was obviously intoxicated and unable to communicate clearly or operate his computer terminal. Someone must have called the police, because the police arrived while I was there and this UPS employee was removed from the premises. The only remaining UPS employee was not upset that her coworker showed up intoxicated - she instead stated she was upset that she had to finish her shift alone. Given what I witnessed, I would not trust the judgement of the management team who hired these employees, or the training they have received. I will not return to this location.
