Why? Because they won't open up the side parking lot that's not even a quarter full!

While I was waiting in line, an employee came out to tell me they wouldn’t accept it because they don’t take packages over 70 pounds. The package doesn't even weigh 10 pounds; it’s a set of car panels. The box is a bit long, but even my 7-year-old son can handle it. Then I went to the Severna Park office, and the man working there clearly told me 'not here,' and to go to another location because whether they accept the package or not 'depends on the employee.' The people working at USPS are just looking to have that job to collect a paycheck and do nothing. USPS, you should be stricter with your hiring standards so you get staff who actually do the job right. When I contacted the seller, who is in Michigan, and explained what happened, he couldn't believe it. He just told me, 'What kind of people do they have working at the USPS offices in Maryland?'"😡

SHE WENT SO FAR AS TO TELEPHONE ME I FILLED OUT THE WRONG FORM AND ASSISTED ME W/ PROPER FORM WHEN I RETURNED. OUTSTANDING PUBLIC RELATIONS. I WISH ALL POST OFFICES HAD EMPLOYEES LIKE MS. LORRAINE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GLEN BURNIE POST OFFICE.
