  Jojo is awesome! We were having trouble printing the labels and used every troubleshooting idea possible. The labels came out so beautiful! Thanks again!

  Never using FedEx again. We paid more than $300 to ship an important international letter, only to have it returned due to FedEx’s own mistake. When my husband shipped the letter, the woman at the front desk told him that the recipient’s telephone number was not necessary. Later, FedEx called us requesting the number. We even returned to the FedEx office to provide it, but the same employee told us it was a scam and insisted that the number was not required. After 12 days, we discovered that our letter had reached the destination country but was being returned due to the missing contact number. Now, after all this inconvenience, we have received a notice demanding that we pay the return shipping fee as well! This is completely unacceptable. We followed the instructions given by the FedEx employee, yet we are the ones paying the price for their mistake. We wasted nearly $300 for a service that failed to deliver an important document. Extremely frustrating, disappointing, and unprofessional service. FedEx should take responsibility for its employee's misinformation instead of charging customers for its own mistakes. I would never recommend FedEx for international shipping.

  I love the people that work there but the district manager was there the other day, and I swear he was the most invasive and annoying person I have ever encountered in my life. I felt bad for the staff that normally works there.

  Was able to find it its in a busy location but they do have their own parking lot. The staff was friendly and eager to help. I was in out in about 13 minutes. Had labels printed out already. They took items and wrapped them for me . They have plenty of kiosk to help with labels .

  Why am I told to go to another fedex to ship a scooter with a battery. Why does it matter if your all FedEx…I don’t presume to understand the inner workings of places I am not employed but as a consumer this is extremely ridiculous to be constantly told different things at different places. Some fedex locations will charge you to use a small amount of tape, some do not, now you have to go 10 minutes up the road because this specific corporate location doesn’t ship things with batteries… Where is the consistency regarding the business! THERE IS NONE & it’s constantly inconvenient for the customer…ugh!
