- MAmarylin A3 days ago1.0Some of the delivery workers at the Germantown USPS location are extremely negligent. At least once a week, I receive someone else's mail in my mailbox, which I then have to keep out of the mail box for pickup. I was expecting my driver's license last week. I called the DMV, and they informed me that USPS marked it as delivered. USPS's own tracking notification also shows it as delivered. When I went to the post office, the clerk was very dismissive; she simply asked me to fill out a form and wait for a call from a supervisor. I am traveling for work this Friday, which makes this situation even more urgent. This just shows how unreliable this location is. I lived in College Park before moving here and never had any of these issues. I hope they replace the staff soon—this is completely unacceptable.

- NCNat CraftAug 18, 20265.0Very nice and professional staff. I had an issue with the package that was supposed to be left at the door but required my signature & permission on a pink form. I left that form on the door, it was taken but the package was not delivered. The Germantown branch, with the help of the customer service , Angel Reid & the mail carrier of that zip code, solved the issue in less than a day. I have been using usps for at least 20 years and had an issue only 2 times and even these 2 times it was resolved in less than a day. Both times with Germantown office. And whenever I do a business inside the branch, everyone is very polite and helpful.
