  if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. do not go here and do not waste your money here. They have the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I decided to try this location today and I wish I would’ve never went

  I went for an Amazon return. I had to pay for taping up the box for the return. I take issue with the inaccurate and overcharging at all UPS store locations.I go to UPS for printing, notary services, Amazon returns, etc. The customer service has gone downhill as well. I am not going to negotiate prices for services or start an argument to ruin someone's day, but the policies and pricing need to be reassessed at all UPS store locations. I was not happy with my last visits to this location and the one on North Frederick Rd in Germantown, MD. I do not fault or blame store employees unless they have actually done something wrong or are rude for no reason. Most of the time, the issues start with the higher levels of the company.

  Worst UPS Store in area, never a warm greeting, this man has never helped me. Everytime I have been there it was a problem and I couldn't mail my package. Every other UPS store no problem you hand them package, they scan and you go, they will handle whatevers needed for package to endure shipping, label taping and all. A Total different experience, with a smile. The Store on Wisteria looks disorganized, and needs someone who will render service to it's customers.

  They don’t have a printer and are not helpful or friendly. This was a terrible experience. They say they orint online and they don’t. Don’t go here
