I handed over a package containing a collectible, one-of-a-kind specimen which "Jocelyn" must have stolen or thrown in the trash because despite PAYING for tracking, the package has hasn't been scanned since I dropped it off. The fact that the World Cup is happening shouldn't have delayed delivery FOR OVER A MONTH?! If so, the Postmaster General should have treated the event as an area of hostilities and suspended mail service for the whole entire country instead of LOSING PACKAGES. What happened to "neither rain, nor sleet, nor dead of night"?! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
