- WWWillzSeniorJan 16, 20261.0Please do not attempt to go to this Gambrills Md. location for passports when it deals with your underage children….we paid for expedited service and everything was filled out properly on our end….. the clerk who handles the passports did not follow through with everything, therefore having us to spend even more money to get our daughter’s passport, which is a highly frustrating thing to do when you are getting closer to your trip and we have only 13 days left to get it. We have to use leave from our jobs to drive into DC for an emergency appointment. Nobody is reimbursing us for our time lost, and the clerk that was made aware of this issue was not sympathetic at all ….very disappointed…..no apologies given….just smugness. The staff member even admitted to not being properly trained & unaware of the correct policies for a passport for a minor. We will not return to this post office for anything.
