- KKKenneth KimJul 25, 20261.0I wish I could give zero stars because of the people there. Any time I go there, it seems like the employees have attitudes. Today, I went because I was looking for clarification on a package because expected delivery date was today but it hasn't arrived to the post office which would make it where the delivery would be Monday. I would be willing to accept that and as I was seeking clarification, the Asian lady, Katie I think, continued to say that they don't have and it's out for delivery while cutting me off continuously...which the tracking would obviously say. She eventually got frustrated and went to get someone from the back and would not even entertain or attempt to understand my question as well. He resigned in saying "it's a glitch" in terms of scanning and that it's out for delivery despite there being differences in tracking. I was calm and trying to seek clarification but they were rude and displayed horrible customer service. If it comes to simple things, they are capable of handling it but when it comes to any type of questions, they seem to feel inconvenienced and don't care. Just temper expectations because the employees here do not have any capacity for anything outside of scanning things.
