  I’m not sure if the three packages I dropped off are still at the store or if they were processed. I dropped off three packages, and for all three, a return label was printed. However, only one of the three packages was updated as “dropped off” in the system. I called the store to ask about the other two packages and requested to speak with the manager. I was told that the manager was not there and would not be there the following day either. When I asked for the name of the employee I was speaking with, he refused to provide it, stating that he only gives his name to customers he assists in person. I found this interaction extremely unprofessional and concerning, especially since I was calling about packages that I had already dropped off at the store. The employee also did not know the corporate phone number or seem willing to provide any assistance with escalating the issue. I would like this matter investigated and confirmation that all three of my packages were properly received and processed. I would also appreciate someone following up with me regarding this situation.

  Super unprofesional, incapable and rude staff… This is the minimum I could do to rise awareness in the community. We need better UPS store in the neighborhood.

  Came to leave a bad review for the guy who works at the front in the evenings before close and wasn’t surprised to see there’s other bad reviews about him. He was incredibly rude, was sighing during our entire interaction as if i was inconveniencing him … at his JOB and just extremely unprofessional and arrogant! He clearly hates his job and that’s fine but don’t take it out on the customers coming there. Literally every other worker I’ve met at this location is super sweet, except for him. He 100% should be fired if he treats everyone like he treated me.

  About half chance, they don't open on time. This is my third time came around ⁹, now 9:15, no one's in there and remain closed.
