  Staples Customer Service Review ⭐️ My experience at Staples August 15, 7PM was unfortunately disappointing. When we first walked in, we had to look around for assistance because no one was immediately available. Eventually, an employee walked by and was able to help us. However, when we later needed assistance with reprinting our cards, it seemed like everyone disappeared. My mom asked one employee for help, and his response was, “I’m on break,” delivered with an attitude that made the interaction even more unpleasant. I completely understand that employees deserve their breaks, but there is a professional and courteous way to communicate that to a customer especially when the customer is clearly waiting for assistance. What was even more frustrating was watching the manager assist one customer for approximately 25 minutes while the rest of us sat waiting without anyone checking in or offering assistance. It gave the impression that the focus was on one customer while everyone else in the store became invisible. And this is where I believe there is a much bigger opportunity for Staples. I have personally trained hundreds of staff members and interns in Practice Civility, customer service, leadership, and workplace culture, and I understand how much the employee experience impacts the customer experience. Staples’ purpose is centered around helping people and businesses “make more happen.” To truly live out that purpose, employees have to feel connected to the company’s vision, understand how their role contributes to the customer experience, and recognize that every customer should feel valued, heard, and seen. Customer service isn’t just about completing a transaction. It’s about creating an environment where people feel welcomed and supported. So, Staples, I’m offering this sincerely: if you need someone to provide a little Practice Civility and workplace culture training for your team, I’d be happy to volunteer my expertise pro bono. 😊 Sometimes the smallest changes in communication, accountability, employee engagement, and customer awareness can completely transform the experience. I hope Staples takes this feedback as an opportunity not just to improve one store, but to reinforce a culture where both employees and customers feel valued. Because when employees understand the vision, feel connected to the organization, and know how their work impacts the customer, everybody wins.

  Took 5 hours to get my order... this is a very busy staples...they did the best they can... they also have a Amazon return station

  I like the store layout and the fact that every time I walk in, I’m greeted. I don’t expect it but it’s very surprisingly pleasant. This time around, the store employee asked me if I needed help which I did. She immediately located the item and helped me check out. She also let informed me about their recycle program which I wasn’t aware of. No complaints from me so I recommend this store.

  My cashier was Jojo and she was excellent at her job. She took her time and answered my questions. Jo Jo Is honest, professional, polite and showed she cared about the customer, which I am glad I am one of them. All the employees there are sweet and show they care.
