  Store 5681 is the best store I have ever been to. Mike is very nice and professional and knows everything he needs to know to help the customer.

  Things I learned today from a deeply disappointing visit to this location: The UPS Store is different than UPS the shipping company. If you want the best rates on shipping, get a shipping label from UPS online and then bring your package to the store. Of note: if you are returning an item from Amazon at this location, they (the UPS Store) will charge you $2 for a bag, even if Amazon doesn't tell you that packaging is required.

  To return an Amazon purchase that was in a plasticbag, UPS insisted I buy their $2.11 plastic bag or leave with my parcel. This is not on the employee who is only following orders but on UPS selling 10 cent bags for $2.
