  Great customer service. A lot cheaper than FedEx for sure. FedEx tried to charge me $800 for a package. I was able to send it for 275 with UPS.

  Service was exceptional. The Associates were friendly, knowledgeable and offered assistance with my issue and concerns over shipping a package. I was able to purchase shipping supplies from this location, go back to my hotel room, pack the box and, return to ship the package before the daily cut off time. AWESOME EXPERIENCE

  Charging $2 just to print a shipping label for a return when every other stores like Fedex does it for free for Walmart return is greedy. UPS needs to find other hustles to make money but this is not it.

  They will nickle and dime you. $1 to print out a label, I can understand. $2 to put a piece of tape over top of the box? Ridiculous. Have a corporate account with UPS, used over 20 UPS Store locations and never encountered this. It seems to be this specific’s store practice.. it’s a shame really. Use another location if you can, only use this one if you absolutely must.

  I've been coming here for about 10 years as my business PO Box is here. I have no relationship with mike as a friend or anything else other than my p o box at his place of business. Allow me to give you a couple of REAL examples of the kind of service you will receive here. I can be a pretty discerning customer when it comes to doing business with someone, and if I'm not happy about something, I'll take my business elsewhere if the place has been given enough chances. The owner Mike has consistently gone above and beyond with my small business. Each time I come in the store, he recognizes me and says hello. Simple, but genuinely an important part of doing business. And if available, he will pull my mail out of my PO box and hand it to me personally. I could go on and on but the other day topped them all and is why I'm taking a moment to write this. Once a month my mother comes in and picks up my rent checks and deposits them for me. Sometimes she will even call ahead and ask Mike to check and see if the check is in the box, although I've asked her not to bother him with that ;). Sorry, Mike, I do try ;). The other day she called Mike in a panic when she realized she no longer had one of the rent checks when she got home. Mike went out to the parking lot, not even knowing where she parked, actually found the envelope with the rent on the ground, and retrieved it for her to pick up and deposit later. My mother is over eighty years old. Thank you, Mike, again. I really appreciate that. I hope this review helps clarify the actual type of customer service you will get here and justifiably balance out some of the silly and petty negative reviews these twits have posted. Mike, you rock.
