  Store doesn’t open on time. Supposed to open at 8:30am. It is 9:00am and it is still not opened.

  Came to print out a few documents real quick and no one was here at 5 minutes past the time to open up. I wonder if this is a consistent thing.

  Their business hour is Monday to Friday 8:30am - 7pm, at 8:40am on this Monday, 5 customers are outside waiting and the door is not open… this is very unprofessional…

  The UPS Store at this location was wonderful. The clerks were kind, courteous and very pleasant. I highly recommend using the UPS Store at this location.

  I just sent a return back here. The younger guy that helped me seemed like he barely had enough energy to function, and was seconds away from passing out. Smelled like he just smoked a joint, spoke to me with his head down on the desk, and handed me my receipt with his elbow and head still on the desk. Do we not care about customer service and being professional anymore?
