  I had 12 large boxes for UPS shipment. Employee Wanda was not only friendly but also knowledgeable and efficient. When someone else got in line behind me, rather than make that person wait, Wanda asked another employee to assist her. At this holiday time I was extremely pleased at how smoothly the whole shipping process went.

  The product was exactly what I wanted and the staff were FANTASTIC. They were communicative, friendly, professional, fast, and effective. I will absolutely use their services in the future. My only gripe is it felt a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for.

  Everytime lately I have gone to the store it has been understaffed, the one lady at check out does not know layout of store and sent me on a wild goose chase. I ordered something to be printed 4 months ago that was a recurring print job and I am still waiting. Needless to say I went elsewhere. When I initatied original work to be printed it took 10 minutes! Doubt thus young lady knows her job! Won't be back

  You can only print a single file at a time without an appointment. The system quotes the price for each file. It is comically slow and tedious. Just left after the first file. It would've take a half hour or more for my 15 pdf files.
