  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Erik at FedEx Office today. I came in needing to print flyers and QR codes for my nonprofit, #BeyondMyRibbon, and Erik went above and beyond to help. He took the time to resize everything so it would fit perfectly into my acrylic display stands and made sure the final products looked professional and polished. What impressed me most was his initiative and creativity. He suggested using the free Canva option available through FedEx Office to quickly create business cards for my nonprofit, and then had them printed and ready in no time. It was a brilliant idea that made a huge difference in how prepared I feel for my upcoming event. Throughout the entire process, Erik was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. He even expressed interest in my nonprofit’s mission and seemed truly excited to help however he could. I walked in feeling overwhelmed and underprepared, and I left feeling confident that I have a professional-looking display instead of a rinky-dink table setup. Customer service like this is rare, and Erik absolutely deserves recognition for the exceptional experience he provided. Thank you, Erik!

  I had such a great experience at FedEx thanks to Erik, who helped me print several documents. He was incredibly supportive, patient, and genuinely eager to help every step of the way. He made sure everything came out perfectly and turned what could have been a stressful task into a smooth, easy process. Really appreciate his kindness and professionalism—outstanding customer service!

  I've always got my printing done at staples, but now the location near my shop has closed so I had to find someone else to do this. I have used this fedex location for shipping but never printing, man am I a fool, the service and prices here are incredible, maybe an 1/8 of the cost i was paying and as good if not better product received, I'll be doing all my printing needs here from now on!
