My father was attempting to explain that an Amazon delivery had arrived without external packaging. While I understand there may be specific store policies regarding unboxed items, Mr. Kim’s response was unprofessional and discriminatory. He treated my father with extreme disrespect and ultimately forced him to leave the premises. This level of hostility toward a senior citizen is unacceptable, and I would like to know how UPS intends to address this manager's conduct.
