- BDBrittney DonovanSep 24, 20193.0We have a general problem with mail being delivered to the wrong address. Happens so often that important things are now mailed to work. With that being said, I called yesterday to get resolution on a package that was said to be delivered, but wasn’t. Cathy, the supervisor, called today and physically came around to check for the package, found it, and delivered it to my door. The outer package was a little worse for the wear, but the contents were unharmed. Overall, friendly staff, but their couriers could do with a bit of slowing down and paying more attention to where they are placing the mail.
