- IGIzury GastelumSep 12, 20261.0Don’t have change. Offered the customer stamps for the change but didn’t give him any. She pocketed the 8 dollars. Very impatient. The other lady had me print, label and package my own delivery.
- TBTRUTH BETOLDAug 18, 20261.0Obviously, they have a one star rating for a reason unless you fill out a missing mail report absolutely nothing is ever done. I love the manager Joe. He has always done a good job if I ever filled out a report, but I called this morning because they delivered a package to me apparently at 8:30 last night I went down to go get it. There was absolutely nothing there. The Mail carriers are lazy and don’t deliver anything to your door like they should or leave it outside the mailbox even if it does fit on the floor or just deliver it to a completely different building or apartment like I’m so sick of it. I tried to avoid ordering anything that I sent through the Usps because they suck especially this post office called this morning. The girl said if it’s in the box, the carrier will deliver it nothing got delivered and my stuff is missing so the seller that I bought it from is filing reports on the missing items. I tried calling back for at least in half an hour after the carrier came to my building today and guess what they’re not answering the phone imagine that because they know what I’m calling for beyond annoying so pathetic.
