  Padma at the UPS store (8480 Baltimore National Pike) is just great ! I’ve seen this time and time again over the past several years. Last week, I needed to get a poster printed urgently for a conference. Padma went out of her way to make sure that the poster was printed on time, including responding to an email late at night to make sure that things were fine and I was not tense about getting the print before my flight + also keeping me updated on the progress. Simply outstanding!

  The ladies at the Ellicott City location are extremely nice and helpful. Doesn’t matter what day or time I come there to retrieve my business mail or packages, Onadi, Melyssa, Nuha and /or Miriam are greeting you with smiles. Thank you ladies for all the help and services yall provide.

  I was at this store recently to ship some things across the country and overall great experience. I’ve never really shipped anything before so I was bit confused but Nuha was really helpful. She helped me pack the things properly and also helped me put on the label and everything. Great experience for my first time and would definitely go back if I had to ship anything again.

  Absolutely amazing service - so kind and patient!! I came just before closing with a ton of returns and they took their time and helped me and were so generous with their time and understanding! Doing all my returns here from now on!
