Lies and says they picked up a package when in fact they leave it there. Even lies to USPS that package was picked up. Untrained ignorant employees.even postmaster doesn’t respond about employees not doing their job. Refuses to answer the phone

Such people with an attitude like that should not be allowed to get hired! She ruined my ENTIRE DAY! She kept rescheduling my appointment for no reason at all and she kept being rude about it. Again, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! FIND A DIFFERENT MAIL OFFICE!

The lady with the pink hair is so rude and disrespectful and rescheduled our passport appt. three times for no reason! Her directions were extremely unclear and she had a very bad attitude and she seemed like she hates her job! My mom had filled out something wrong on the application paper and instead of telling us to fill out a new paper, she rescheduled the appointment .This behavior should be completely unacceptable and this lady should be fired!!! DO NOT COME HERE FIND A DIFFERENT MAIL OFFICE!!!

I went to this location to apply for my passport, and my appointment was canceled twice, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. When I finally received assistance, the employee had a poor attitude and was not professional or helpful. She made me fill out the same paperwork twice without clearly explaining why, which wasted my time. Customer service was very frustrating, and I felt that I was not treated with the respect and assistance a customer should receive. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience. The African hair with pink her
