- AAAnonJun 13, 20261.0I had a certified letter mailed to me, received the “sorry we missed you notice” because I work Mon-Fri like most people. I scanned the QR Code to reschedule delivery to later that week and they never bothered to attempt the redeliver. What is the purpose of the ability to reschedule delivery via your QR Code provided on the notice, if you don’t bother to attempt redelivery? I was home the day I scheduled it for and wasted my time waiting for absolutely nothing. So I not only took off time from my Saturday part time job to wait around for nothing, but I am now doing it again to go pick up a letter. I just moved to Maryland and I’m already underwhelmed.

They originally told me they couldn't do qr code scans since they didn't have the right equipment, but one guy went out of his way to learn how he could and taught each of the others how to do it. Now I don't have to go to Hurlock to get a label printed. A+ work.
