If you can, please avoid this post office. There is no professionalism. There is no customer Service. Its been like this for years and the way they treat customers needs to change. I shouldn't have to feel tension whenever I am bringing prepaid shipments to the post office. Prepaid labels that in fact make their job easier. Just Scan and go, instead I am always met with unpleasantness. The whole vibe in there is not once friendly but instead just constantly annoyed. If you want to see how to not treat customers, just spend 30 minutes in this location. Be prepared a single file long line and only one clerk at the counter. If there is a 2nd clerk at the counter, they will just sit there and stare at their phone trying to avoid eye contact instead of helping customers. I could go on for the amount of stuff I have seen in there but you get the point.

1-Star Experience – Needs Immediate Management Attention I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. Staff appeared undertrained and unprofessional. Today, an employee made a point to tell us she was “doing us a favor” by accepting our packages and then refused to take more than seven. This attitude is unacceptable, especially for a government service paid for by taxpayers. Federal employees are expected to perform their duties respectfully and efficiently. Limiting service arbitrarily and speaking condescendingly to customers does not meet that standard. This location urgently needs better staffing, additional training, and management oversight. I hope this is addressed promptly so others don’t have the same experience.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Staff is absolutely terrible. Rude and ignorant attitudes. Disrespectful to all customers and they move incredibly slow. They need to fix the staff immediately! Go to another post office even if you live in the area. The customer service here will take you out of character.

These people could not be more disinterested or bad at their jobs. They’ve been repeatedly rude to me. Today I rushed from work to mail an important package because they close at 5pm. I arrived at 4:40pm to find a ghost town. The doors locked, all grates down and no sign of life to be found. All postal workers LONG gone. Postal hours are federally regulated. THEY DON’T CARE. These people also shut the door for a full hour every day to take lunch like it’s a child’s lemonade stand. Unbelievable.
