- VVVictorJul 31, 20261.0The rudest person at the front desk who says she is a supervisor. Tammy is her name. Terrible attitude and speaks rudely to all customers. She should be fired! Filed a complaint with USPS. I had to check her attitude and she continued to deny giving any. Clearly based on all other reviews she is a problem at this location. Treat your customers with a little respect and change your attitude Tammy.

Still, when an employee is so rude to the two customers ahed of me, and then to me, that she stands out from the generally awful usps standard, it's worth a mention. It's not the limited-English-speaking customer's fault that the clerk mumbles, it's not the older lady's fault that she doesn't have a postal scale at home, and it's not my fault that the screen showing available charges is confusing as all hell for someone who mails maybe one pkg per year. Maybe try being nice to people who start out the conversation being friendly and nice to you? I know that we mere mortals are an annoyance, but your evident superiority should extend to some patience, as well, with those who are compelled to provide you with quite lucrative employment.

Just meeting her in conversation is completely unpleasant. She must stay angry at all moments. Trying to ask a question or clarify information from her feels uncomfortable. I am amazed. I went to this post office about 4 years ago and had a very pleasant experience with the people that work there. It's sad how things have changed.
