- ACabby carterJun 27, 20261.0had an appointment to get my passport, brung in an out of state licenses and was told i couldn’t use it because he simply doesn’t know how that state works with ids & licenses. mind you i’ve used it for id purposes multiple times for many different things and have NEVER had any issues up until now. a quick google search will tell you your wrong and i know that because i did all the research BEFORE making the appointment to make sure that the form of id i was bringing in was okay to use. what really makes me write this review is because at the end of all this he told me he could send it in anyways even though he felt it would get sent back and when i told him to do so he just straight up refused my service.

There is rarely a wait of any kind. This is a tiny town, but this post office has everything I need. I recently walked in when passport pictures were being taken, but I was still helped quickly. I have to use the Bowie post office sometimes, and this one is SO MUCH NICER.

I paid my pobox fees with usps money order, said they never got it after almost 6 months after it was due!! Never received any notice that it was not paid. They returned my mail to important senders that caused me serious business problems. Told me I had to pay for inquiry into where my money order went. After reading other reviews, I can see I am not imagining things! Very unhappy with their service. Will make repeated complaints if this continues.
