- KSKristen Strohm5 days ago1.0As someone who relies on USPS post offices for their small businesses and was running a little bit behind today, it’s kind of outrageous for y'all to close 10+ min early today even though you claim to close at noon on a Saturday. I was one of 6 people waiting in the parking lot to see if you would open the doors or knocking on the doors for several minutes trying to get someone’s attention. I saw a lady counting the cash drawer through the doors as we were knocking. She looked up, looked right at at us and frowned before going right back to what she was doing. Zero attempt to communicate. She then saw us continuing to knock and got up and walked to the back. We tried to call to ask to be let in (foolish attempt on my end as you never can get ahold of anyone. The lady that works there is not great outside of this too. That girl has always got her headphones in and you can never tell if she’s talking to you as you you’ll expect from someone behind a counter at a post office. Really disappointing and an embarrassing image of this post office. And while I’m here PLEASE tell your postal workers to shut our mailboxes when they deliver mail. I’m so sick of coming home and seeing my mailbox wide open. Thanks

- PMPatrick McNelisDec 20, 20171.0The Crownsville post office is frequently without internet connectivity and there for cannot process mail, they can only accept postage paid drop-offs. This latest episode has lasted weeks, right around the Christmas holiday shipping rush, forcing people to have to use the inadequate Annapolis location or drive all the way to Arnold. This location also does not have the self service kiosk. Parking is inadequate. Basically, this is a terrible post office.
