- APAmy PerryAug 25, 20261.0Several times I've been to this post office and the customer service is not good. They and make you feel like you are bothering them to do their job. Reggie should find another job if hes so miserable and doesn't want to be at the post office and help. The post master at that location needs to start conducting customer service training on how to be polite and helpful to their customers, instead of making them feel like they are a bother.

USPS should be ashamed to have employees like that serving customers. Do not recommend this location at all!!!!
- TUTrish UsherAug 13, 20265.0I arrived to the Crofton post office after it was closed and a kind and wonderful employee named Firmin came out to help me with the kiosk to get a receipt for my package . He even took my package inside when the post office was closed . I have never had any business assist a customer 1 .5 hours after closing. I really needed my package scanned and shipped before tommrow and he took care of me A + service and so kind . He even helped a lady behind me as well . Give him a raise we need more workers just like him ! Thank you Firmin your act of kindness didn't go unnoticed. Thank you so much !

There are potholes in the parking lot that have been there so long that they're getting worse. I don't think there's any intention to fix this place. The staff is ok, not friendly, but not rude. Just what you expect at the post office. The entire USPS needs a complete revamp.

There’s been cones situated in the middle of the parking lot where you could barely fit on either side because they refused to repair the 6 to 8 inch deep potholes. The self-serve machine is constantly out of order and you better be lucky if you get to successfully drop off your packages in the dropbox because it’s also broken 75% of the time.
