  This FedEx location is awful on a completely unacceptable level. The employees have no idea where packages are that in the FedEx app have been marked as delivered to the facility. There are multiple people in the waiting room dealing with the same problem and no manager of supervisor has provided help to anyone. People spend a lot of money on packages that are delivered and we should be able to trust that the packages that we paid for should be handled with care and should be in the facility that FedEx said it has been delivered to. UPDATE: I arrived at 9am it is now 10:04 and I am just now getting an answer, apparently my package is in Baltimore? Even though it says delivered here, and they have no idea when it will actually arrive in Crofton and I was denied contact information for a supervisor or manager so that I could speak to someone in charge in the event that my package does not get delivered where it should..again. Whoever J.Jones is should have never signed that my package was delivered to Crofton where I selected delivery if it was not in fact here. What a waste of my time.

  Said they attempted delivery and no one was home but we have cameras and no one even drove by. No note was left, nothing. Called them and fought on the phone for 2 hours, they said they'd come back before 3pm and it's now nearly 5pm and they once again have not shown up at all today. Had an important document sent one day shipping and this will cause significant problems not that they care. They also flat out lied to us about how things were handled to shift the blame off themselves. They claim they will come tomorrow but at this point who knows. Meanwhile my document is being held hostage.

  24 days. 1 week of calling everyday. Sent from Utah to Maryland for 2 days then to Illinois then back to Maryland. On-hand and onsite for 4 days but no one could locate or figure out how to take it off a truck and bring it to the lobby. 6 customer service reps, 2 managers, 2 escalations, and 2 tickets later I drove there myself and waited 40 minutes for it to be finally removed from a truck.
