- AMAddison MarinerMay 21, 20261.0On going issue for 2 months- not receiving any mail other than packages. I have now had to request 2 different credit cards twice and I’ve had to request my drivers license twice. The only thing I’m being told is “contact your creditors” or it’s the MVA fault it didn’t get mailed to you. No, that’s an excuse to cover up your end and you’re NOT doing your job! There’s no reason why I have had to do all of this running around just for me to figure out how to YOUR job! I understand mail is behind/delayed however there’s I reason for this to be on going for 2 months! I’ve not only moved once but at least 3-4 times and this has never been an issue. I’m sure this post master is not going to pay Everytime I have to get my license updated due to their mistake! WILL BE LOOKING INTO GETTING A PO BOX at another located since this post office can’t seem to put my mail in my mailbox outside of my home!
