The young Black female employee (short slender) I encountered was rude, impatient, and lacked professionalism throughout my visit. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of how busy the location may be. I originally went in to pick up mail, but was told they would not hold mail if I did not live at the address. I also explained that I had already submitted an online mail hold request from April 9 through May 9, 2026, yet was still informed they would not hold my mail. Since the online service apparently was not sufficient, I decided to pay for a PO Box in-store instead. After completing payment, the employee simply handed me an envelope with the keys and told me to “test the keys before leaving,” without properly assisting or explaining anything further. To avoid unnecessary confrontation, I went to another agent who actually took the time to assist me professionally and respectfully. The gentleman was cordial and pleasant to work with. This world needs more like him! I sincerely hope there is improvement in staff attitude, communication, and overall customer care moving forward.

But I found all the ladies friendly and helpful. I had heard the bad reviews before, but I had no problems, except, of course, the wait, but . . .Holidays!!!!! Also, lots of friendly customers in line to talk to and learn a lot from, since I’m relatively new to the area. Glad I could say something nice.
