- XZX ZJul 26, 20261.0Ive been coming to this USPS location for over 6 years. I have a mailbox here and that’s all I try and utilize it for, while avoiding their staff at all costs. My negative experiences have consistently involved the same group of front-counter employees. You will realize what that means when you visit. The interactions are often rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, with little regard for basic customer service. At this point, it feels like a cultural issue within this branch rather than isolated incidents. I hope USPS management addresses it because the community deserves better service.

Employees lunch breaks are more important than the amount of customers to be taken care of. Few employees are very polite and deliver great customer service. However many of the other employees only rush customers out. They do not allow questions or concerns to be answered.

- EDEmily DeenJul 16, 20261.0Their hours say they open at 8 am and that's a lie. Don't bother coming that early because they're actually not open. Printer on their self service doesn't work either. This is basically a building that's just sitting there for no reason. Do not bother with this location and believe the reviews. No one actually works here. Go down rt 29 to the office off of Shaker Drive. They're very nice, prompt, courteous, and helpful.
